Yes, all our products are gluten free, and big majority also lactose free.
Yes, we produce artisanally based on your order.
We only bake 100% gluten free products in our laboratory, so there is no risk of contamination.
We also pay huge importance to cross contamination risks, that’s why we store allergens as eggs and nuts in separate places, and we separate the processes of products containing allergens in time, with profound cleaning between one and another process.
We test frequently our products, to ensure we stay below the legal thresholds to claim ‘gluten and lactose free’

I work with only certified gluten-free and lactose free ingredients, which are expensive to buy.
I produce personally and artisanally, on your order only, therefore production must be sustainable from the perspective of cost and time dedication.
Storage
The shelf life of each product is indicated on its product page I bake everything fresh based on your order, so the shelf life starts as soon as the products are on their way to reach your house.
We always state with the product whether it is suitable for storing in the freezer. You find the conservation information on the specific product pages.
Viennoseries and cakes are packed in cake boxes. Biscuits in transparent, sealed bags.
Order & delivery
You can order via this webshop.
You can order until Tuesday evening 10 pm to get it delivered the next weekend.
You can pick up, on appointment, at my laboratory in Rue Philippe Le Bon 56, 1000 Bruxelles.
Alternatively we can deliver to you, always on appointment if you live in Brussels or neighborhood (+/- 10 km) on Saturday or Sunday.
Group deliveries can also be organized in other areas of Belgium. If you would like to know more,pPlease send me a mail at joygfbakery@gmail.com
We can also ship part of our products via BPost across Belgium. Please check that possibility on the specific product package
