How to Store and Taste
Laminated pastry is very sensitive and crustiness change rapidly based on weather, temperature and humidity
-Store at room temperature in a closed container for 3 days. For a crispy texture, place them in the oven (NO Microwave), set at 135 degrees and leave for 6-8 minutes, or air fryer for 4 minutes
-Store in the fridge at 4-8 degrees for 5 days. For a crispy texture , place them in the oven, set at 135 degrees, and leave for 8-10 minutes, or air fryer for 5 minutes
-Store in the freezer for 60 days; place them in the oven, set at 135 degrees, and leave for 18-20 minutes.
As effective temperature can slightly change from oven to oven, it is all about testing and adjusting the second time.
